These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SleepYarns mobile application, published by bazzaztech (ABN 16 831 278 845), Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.
The service
SleepYarns provides a library of pre-generated audio stories designed to help adults fall asleep, with ambient soundscapes and configurable volume fade.
Subscriptions and payments
- All payments are processed through Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS) and are subject to their respective terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation can be managed in your app store account settings.
- 10 stories are available free of charge with no subscription required.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes do not affect your current subscription period.
Free tier
The free tier provides access to 10 permanently unlocked stories with unlimited replays. No credit card is required to use the free tier.
Bring Your Own Audio
- BYO audio is a subscription-only feature.
- Audio files you load are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any audio files you load into the app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
- Resell or redistribute content from the app without our written consent.
Intellectual property
The SleepYarns app, its design, branding, story content, and audio recordings are owned by bazzaztech. All rights reserved.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bazzaztech's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always at sleepyarns.com/terms.
